Shipping & Returns

 

 

How are your products shipped?

All orders are shipped via USPS & UPS within the US and Internationally via DHL & UPS. Please allow 1-2 days for processing.

Tracking info will be provided promptly once your order has been processed. Our shipping does not require receiver signature for delivery and the courier may leave the package at your mailbox or door. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items after a carrier has made a successful delivery at your designated address. Please email us at customersupport@springssocks.com if you require a signature for delivery. 

For orders over $75 within the U.S. we provide free shipping.

 

Is expedited shipping available? 

Yes, expedited shipping methods are offered at checkout.

What is your return policy?

 

You may return items that are in new condition - unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging within 15 days of receiving your order. Email us at customersupport@springssocks.com with your order number, details, and reason for return. 

If you are returning items you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Once we receive your package we will promptly process your refund.

What is your exchange policy?

 

We will do our best to accommodate exchanges on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out to customersupport@springssocks.com to speak with a member of our team and indicate your desired exchange.

When will I receive my refund?

 

Once we receive your return, please allow 3-4 business days for your return to be processed, and then up to 7 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. Your refund can only be credited back to the original form of payment. We will send you an email when your refund has been processed.

Do you ship internationally?

 

 

We happily ship world wide. Remember when purchasing that shipping prices will be higher for international shipping. We do not control these prices as our rates are dictated by our international shipping partners.

Please note that we are not responsible for fees charged by customs for sales outside the US. If you decide to refuse any shipments from Springs Socks, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to Springs Socks. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
